 The
Gaiety boasts the most extensive and interactive
venue in St Lucia with over 8000 square feet of
out door space and 16 000 square feet of indoor
options and is equipped with stage, backstage,
lighting, bar, audio and video system, kitchen
and dressing rooms.
Our ballroom can be efficiently adapted for
exhibits, concerts, theme parties, conferences
and much more.

 On the main
floor, our spacious dance floor measures 50 fts
X 40 fts and allows free and comfortable
movement when dancing. The stage covers an area
of 65 feet X 35 feet with a total of 35 feet of
ceiling height from stage height. Bar,
washrooms, kitchen, dressing rooms, ticket booth
and loading dock are all accommodated on the
same floor.
 On
the second floor, the backstage area is suitable
for additional dressing rooms or rear projection
cavities. The outside patio measures 80 feets X
20 feets and comes equipped with a full service
bar. For cocktail seating, it can accommodate up
to 100 persons comfortably. Whilst dining, you
can enjoy a sea & garden view from the patio!

Gaiety Outdoor space |
|
 This
main floor also has an outdoor bar, food court
and barbecue hut all overlooking beautifully
manicured garden of tropical plants and a pond.
The garden can comprise 300 persons seating on
tables.
The overall appearance of the building is
enhanced by large columns and arches with crown
moulding around the windows, in a modern
Caribbean architecture. The entire area is
fenced to enclose the gardens with large
terracotta pots and soft foot path lighting.
 The
large expanse of the flood-lit, parking area of
30 000 sft (2800m2) which can accommodate up to
120 cars is adjusted to the main building. The
security booth is strategically placed to
accommodate patrons using the entrance from the
nearby Beach of Pigeon Island.

weeding/ wedding reception in a perfect venue

can seat up to 300 persons. |

by the client is available for the actual
reception or cocktails before the reception. |
